| Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products) |
| For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies only. Orders are shipped within a max. Of 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company. Muscle guru is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within a max. of 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. All the products listed on the website may not be available at all times. Kindly check with us regarding the availability of products before confirming your order & making payment. We will make our best efforts possible to ensure ready stock in hand for immediate dispatch at all times. We shall try our best to ensure prompt delivery at all times. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). Muscleguru is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. Muscleguru is proud to use EBS Payment Gateway for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards are accepted. For COD/DOD orders, Cash/Demand Draft needs to be ready for handover at the time of delivery failing which consignment will be returned and all costs associated with the shipment will have to be borne by the customer. | How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units and some products |
The shipping charge is based on the weight of the product & region where consignment is being shipped.. For multiple products ordered, the programme adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee.
The minimum weight taken into account is 1kg for domestic shipments.
The weight of the product has been built in into the delivery charge of each product. This will automatically be added to the product cost at the payment stage.

| Cancellation & Refund Policy |
Muscleguru believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a fair & reasonable cancellation policy. Under this policy:
• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been processed and shipping has been initiated.
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same at our own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.
• In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

| Refund Policy |
Muscleguru has a no refund/no returns policy.
However if you have any problems with the products or service, please get in touch with our customer support team & we will try our best to resolve the issues to your satisfaction.
Any refunds or return of goods will be considered on merit at the sole discretion of Muscleguru and the decision of Muscleguru in such cases will be final.
